I can't say enough nice things about Drew's Pastry Place. His creations are beautiful and delicious. He was done several cakes for our family. Most recently my Dad's 70th birthday. He was able to include photographs on edible paper. A real hit with my Dad and everyone at the party. I had several comments from our guests about the cake. He also did my daughter's first birthday cake. I wish I could post a photograph. It was adorable. More than I could have imagined. Beats RJ Goodie cakes hands down. Thank you Drew for making these special days even more wonderful.

Hi, I stumbled across your site, while researching pastry schools, in the houston area. I have been a stay at home mom for 12 years, and have a passion for baking. I am looking at going back to school. I am not sure where to start, I noticed your link to The Culinary Institute LeNotre. Is that were you attended? I would love to talk sometime, and ask questions. I am a bit nervous, about starting a career so late in life. Thank you...

I live in Arlington, TX, and was going to Houston to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I called Drew's to order a white cake, and Drew suggested the Strawberry Delight. The whole family thought it was absolutely delicious (even my 16 year old grandson). He said, "Mom, you know I don't usually like cake, but I REALLY like this one). Thanks Drew, we will see you the next time we are in Houston!

Hi Drew,
It was great meeting you on Saturday. Your Italian pastries are delicious and your shop is so warm and inviting! I love sfogliatelle and it is nice to know that I don't have to wait for a relative from NY or NJ to bring them to me! We are planning on placing an order from you for Thanksgiving! See you soon!

My two young daughters and I visited your shop this morning for a special "girls day" treat. We all chose butter cookies and milk. The service was warm and sincere. I grew up with an Italian grandmother who loves to cook and bake. This was a nostalgic feeling. We decided to also buy two assorted boxes of cookies as thank you gifts for our twins' teachers. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon, bring more of our family, and trying your lunch menu. Thank you for bringing a wonderful and authentic pastry shop to our little slice of a big city!

Hi Drew and the Pastry Place Gang!
Your bakery is becoming very well known around the area so I'm hoping you will create a website soon. I often recomment people to you and they would like to see what you have to offer before they drop in. Just a suggestion! LOVE your store.

Be careful, though: do-it-yourself rental units do not clean as thoroughly or as powerfully as professional units.

Lucked out and someone recommended "Drew's Brew" (house blend coffee) to me. I ordered a bag and it is mighty smooth.
Thanks, Drew, I'm raising my cup to you.
